Yes because bisping isnt known at all for accepting every fight they throw at him. He fought trtitor you think he's scared of romero? pls...

Cubans are a different breed man Cubans are some of the toughest most durable people on the planet that little country managed to fend off multiple CIA coup d'etats and keep the most powerful country in the world America on it's toes

Yeah Romero grew up in a hard country for sure. I can't see someone like him getting spooked by anything.

Only one of these two is known for shitting himself.....

Ain't a day in wrestling without a shart or two

Romero is practicing flying knees for Bisping's face.

probably would have been smarter to share that he passed a test...

Out of a Rockhold rematch, Moose, Vitor, Jacare, even Gastelum, Romero is probably Bispings best chance to keep the belt.

Yoel better hope he can put Bisping away before he gases because Bisping recovers quickly and can go all day.

Also, Yoel...just because you got tested today doesn't mean you passed.
Pretty hard to recover from being dieded.
Insert Weidman KO here...

Romero is the worst possible matchup for Bisping. You saw how much damage he took against Silva and Hendo literally made him look Chinese. There's nobody that puts on a more brutal beatdown than Romero.

I think the fight will go similar to the Machida fight. Yoel's explosiveness, athleticism and power will be on full display.

And he got fucking slept. Romero will do the same.

The guy's a known cheat though.

Different fights different styles. The fight will go nothing like the Machida fight. Once again, different styles. Explosiveness, athleticism and power isn't a fight breakdown.

Yoel could catch him, sure, but Bisping wins this fight more often than not. People look at the end result of Yoel's fights and forget that his output is low, he is often losing going into the third, and the strikes that save him are typically low percentage.

Let's look at his recent record: Losing to Tim Kennedy, finds the stoppage in the third. Tim Kennedy is a wrestler. He isn't a striker.

Machida, fighting to a relative stalemate until the trip. A position Machida actively looks for... At MW, he lost a considerable amount of strength to make the weight, and Romero fell into side position and finished the fight. Once again, a position that Bisping will never get into.

Jacare - A split decision. His shining moment came when he landed a spinning backlist against a guy actively looking to grapple. A very different situation to a kickboxer who stays on the outside.

Weidman, once again, a grappler pursuing the takedown. This is another fight Romero was going to lose until he landed a low percentage strike in the third round. Further, the knee was only landed because Weidman was actively pursuing the TD.

Bisping has solid TDD. Romero doesn't aggressively shoot. He has very low output. Bisping will cruise to a 50-45 decision unless Romero can land another low percentage strike. Possible, but Bisping won't give him the positions Yoel's past opponents have.

Bisping may be one of the weakest Champions currently in the UFC, and a fair few MW's probably beat him, but there is a solid chance Romero isn't one of them.

Whatever else you can criticize about bisping, he got in there with bad motherfucker after bad motherfucker.

Scared? Please.
