This was supposed to be my first 3x10 day but the weight felt good and so I pushed to 3x12. I will continue until I cannot.

Too many reps for me
15 of anything is entirely too much. You should know this by now
Yeah its getting to be quite a lot. But I keep reaching 12, and 15 so I'll continue until I cannot.
I'm totally for anything anti-f13
Anything over five is torture. 4 is cardio.
I have to increase that if I am joining rugby again. It was brutal last season.

I was certain I would be on sets of 10 by now. I just keep finding that extra push for 11 and 12. Still under 90Kg today.
My friend does rugby, he tosses other men's salad too. Might not have anything to do with rugby but why take that chance?
Rugby guys tend to be quite generous with their salad tossing, so I'm told. It may or may not have anything to do with why I'm interested.

So this is the last gym session for 11 days. :-(
I am leaving today for Florida and won't be back until March 26. I will try to get in some unilateral squatting, Bulgarians, and lunges and such and some BW pressing like push-ups and stuff.

EDIT: On my way out the door for work at 5AM this morning I realized I had put a 45, 25, and 2 10's on each side. That's 225, not 215.
