Whelp, what's the verdict? It seems very similar to the galio rework; clearly a better character but so far off the original that if you were a fan you will not like it.

He's alright. The ultimate makes up for the q+e combo

How you guys feel is probably how I'm gonna feel when the Swain rework hits. He'll undoubtedly be a better designed champ but still sucks to lose him. RIP.
