Thanks, yes back. I'm a bit further down the coast towards Eastbourne, training in a freezing cold shed. I just put a b&q oil radiator tonight because I am that soft. You train outside right? Must be made of sterner stuff than me :)

Oh nice another home gym-er too! I split my time between training at a gym in London, and training in the back garden, whatever weather...I do layer up and come inside between sets for warmth and coffee though.

Lunchtime session? Do you work from home msh2? Or maybe close enough to home to pop back at lunch to train, or maybe not work at all?
 
Worked from home for almost a decade now. I'm in IT so just need a broadband connection. Have to stay within the UK but thats my only restriction.

These days I only get dressed to go to the shops or the pub :)
