Huge if true....
I'm surprised no CTers jumped on the "Chad Nishimura was vanished" bandwagon.
I kept saying while I believed the official narrative to be the most likely, I wouldn't rule out the possibility of them saying there was no second shooter if they were closing in on someone (keep the guard down). But the problem CTers create is by constantly demanding more info immediately and putting out ridiculous "second shooter" misinformation.... a second shooter would be on alert 24/7, so that tactic would seemingly be pointless.
That seems highly retarded. If you have been to Reno or LV then you know how important freedom of movement and the lack of security "presence" is. There is shit loads of security, but they hang back and observe. People don't want to drop huge dollars on gaming if they are being treated like terrorists. Metal detectors would kill Las Vegas.
Also, metal detectors are impossible. Casinos are designed to be rat mazes that confuse you. And there are a seemingly endless number of ways in and out of every casino, and on the strip they are all connected and close. Free movement between casinos is a #1 priority or the town shuts down.
All that metal detector stuff would ruin gaming in Nevada. Never going to happen.
No, but when something like this happens, you tend to get a lot of hot air balloons who will claim credit (not overtly to the police, although sometimes they do). If those guys iterate an untrue fact that was broadcast, you've already eliminated a possible perp for vetting. It saves massive resources and time when you're under the microscope like this.
Furthermore, shitloads of "tips" get called in. It helps weed through those because the "tips" which reference untrue events can be more easily disregarded as (probably well-meaning) noise.
That makes sense. Cheers for the explanation dude.
Nobody is saying you can't enjoy Vegas anymore, I am very pro Vegas, we just need common sense Vegas laws and controls in place.
It's all just common sense people we need Vegas control
That Bigfoot video gets me every time.
Make sure you come back for Bearground's response where he'll insist they're in no way alike.
This article seems to give a slightly clearer view of the timeline, as well as highlight a couple of questionable discrepancies. Nothing I'd really call conspiracy level stuff, but definitely unanswered questions.
It seems fairly plausible the hotel may not have called the cops straight away. Casinos are notoriously shady and used to dealing with even shadier clientele. It's quite possible they might not automatically report gunfire for fear of alienating a high-roller.
Why did he stop shooting after ten minutes, and why did the cops wait outside his room for nearly an hour before busting in?
The first one is a head-scratcher. My only theory is that he was also trying to ignite the fuel tanks and when that failed he just said fuck it. He sure wasn't lacking guns, ammo, or opportunity. As for the cops taking their sweet time, they claim since there was no shooting they played it safe and checked for booby-traps.
why would they need to feed misinformation to the public if paddock is the lone shooter?
Why would they want to keep all their options open in one of the most mystifying crimes in recent history? I cannot imagine why.
I have already answered this.
Mu guess is he was scared the cops were closing in on him and he did not want to be caught alive. Of course a very stressfull/panicking situation in that room and difficult to think straight... Be glad, he could have killed way more people
Other countries have their own versions too. Yeti, Yowie. There's too many sightings to at least not consider it a possibility in my opinion. There are some large parts of forest/bush that are really dense.
Sure, looks similar at first glance.
Notice the high raised vertical foot. Modern humans are trained to walk on flat surfaces, so we almost never lift our feet high and perfectly vertical like in the above image. Go ahead and try it for yourself, it will feel awkward and you'll have to make a conscious effort to do so. A Sasquatch would train from childhood to walk in the woods over uneven terrain, so it habitually strides as though it is walking through brush and high grass, even when it isn't.
Furthermore, the subject in the PG film exhibits a 73 degree angle shin rise. Bob's stride does not match this, despite his efforts, nor does almost any human's. We minimize our muscle effort to swing our feet forward, as Professor of Anatomy and Anthropology Jeff Meldrum puts it, because we normally walk on flat surfaces, like sidewalks and wood floors - this results in a lower degree of rise. It's the reason you can trip over very minor differences in a given surface. A good example of one of these easily tripped over differences Meldrum gives, is a sidewalk pushed ever so slightly up by a tree root or frost heave.
It's convenient for Bob that that gif has the lower legs cut off, and it's merely a quick loop - not him walking 40 yards.
Below is a bio-mechanical breakdown by a Russian expert, which describes the subject's gait quite thoroughly - better than I could. You should read it, as it will help you to notice the subtle differences that can escape you when simply viewing it superficially.
Do we know he didnt have an accomplice in any way?
There's plenty of forest left even here in the US, although it's not nearly what it used to be. The aggregate area of designated wilderness alone, is roughly that of the land area of California. That doesn't include areas that are very much forested but don't fall under the designation for various reasons, such as being private lands. Tons of people still go missing out there because it is so dense and difficult to deal with - the missing 411 documentary does a good job at illustrating this disconcerting fact.
In Canada, forget about it, there's still enormous swaths of rough wilderness areas with no record of any human ever having set foot there. We survey that shit by air because it's just too damn hard to traverse.
Why arent las vegas residents protesting at the LV offices? This whole thing is fucked. Not making any sense. Just tell the god damned truth.
