RIZIN had been in contact with him according to Sperry back in 2015 but Arona was having surgery (shocker) at the time.

What a completely idiotic move by the UFC to let one of their top ranked flyweights go. But hell, the Gooch is going to get paid and put a show on in Rizin so good for him

Do you believe that he will be getting more money than he got in UFC? I hardly doubt it, maybe for his first fight.
