And it was pretty fun fight. Lee nearly finished Iaquinta multiple times in the 2nd. I think I had it a draw.

By saying "I'll spend your entire salary in a month" he's saying Al won't make shit in real estate.

The industry is full of weasels, but at least hard work can be rewarded, without risking your health (normally), and it wouldn't be hard for Al to earn a lot more money selling houses then he makes from fighting.
