Ketogenic/Intermittent Fasting for cutting

What the hell did you do to spend 2914 calories from exercise?
 
Trained 4 hours of BJJ yesterday. While I doubt I burned 2914 calories yesterday, I felt the effects of the deficit this morning nevertheless: weak and sore as shit.

4 hours of BJJ...yep, I can believe that. BJJ drains me more than wrestling for some reason, hate Gi grappling.

Morning weight - 203 lbs - dryer than the Saharan Desert

So, it's 12 lbs of weight (and water, of course) lost in less than a month. 13-18 more to go. Another month of hell.
