Kenny Mckinney's Right Hand

Kenny went war with Junior Jones and MAB and is over looked alot but I been wathcing some of his HLs on the youtube and dam he has nasty right hand.



And he got brutalized when he moved up FW


He really was a one punch fightrr but what a punch it was.

Kennedy Mckinney was great. He had his demons with his cocaine use and at one point would train out in the desert to avoid temptation. In an article in Boxing Monthly he said, "Drugs WILL fuck you up". I always read that in his voice.

It featured a still hungry Danny Williams, the debuts of Joan Guzman and Ricky Hatton, the back and forth battle of Nas against Kevin Kelley and Mckinney's war against Junior Jones.

And as for his right hand? Well, to quote him after the fight:

"To all you young kids out there, hard work pays off. Work hard and God will give it to you... When he knocked me down I thought "he's gonna relax now" because he got me and that's what he did. He relaxed. He thought he had me but hey (raising his right fist) this right here ain't no joke boy."
