She’s far better looking than the vast majority of MMA reporters, and isn’t ugly or unkept.

Her appearance absolutely is a factor into her having her job.
 
It does happen that people from minorities get hired for the purpose of making the company appear more "diverse" and "tolerant". But Schaub is unbelievably fucking stupid for speculating about such a thing and naming names without any evidence.

She's been upset recently because her hair is so heavy on one side she constantly has to lean her head to the other to counterbalance.
