When ISIS go to a new town or village all the young girls are lined up and made to expose their chests. Anyone who has started developing breasts is then deemed old enough to be raped, regardless of actual age. These returning ISIS animals will have been doing stuff like this and plenty more. But Tredeau is talking like they just held some bad ideas and can therefore be deradicalized, rehabilitated back into society and even useful in combating extremism. It beggars belief really.
