just because it made a lot of money doesn't mean it was a good movie. That film made 1.4 billion dollars... yeah it worked out ok.

Mmaarrrthhaaaa. It wasn't great, but it was more entertaining and easier to digest than BvS.
umm boo-urns I guess
Are they insinuating they may not use Darkseid at all now?
They probably don't want negative comparisons to Thanos at this time.
My thoughts exactly. To the general public he might come off as Thanos copy.Yeah they probably don't know what they're doing and the whole Thanus thing probably has to do with it too
There gonna have an after credit scene where Darkseid is in his cosmic sanctuary staring into space, while a henchman updates him on events on earth.
He will then turn around and give an evil devious grin.
Then fade to black....

Brilliant!
the looming threat of Darkseid is being downplayed with the reshoots (presumably to keep the door open for a new villain to take centre stage in the sequel or to give Warner Bros. time to reassess where the franchise goes from here if Snyder doesn't make his return).
There's an interesting quotation by Jim Starlin about thatThanos is, of course, a Darkseid rip-off.
I would welcome the Smugness of doing this and having Whedon attached .There gonna have an after credit scene where Darkseid is in his cosmic sanctuary staring into space, while a henchman updates him on events on earth.
He will then turn around and give an evil devious grin.
Then fade to black....

What's the point of Steppenwolf and the Parademons then?
That's like introducing the Infinity Stones but not doing Thanos.
It makes sense that WB would want to avoid comparisons to Thanos, but they first put him in a MCU movie back in 2012 so it's not like no one knew Thanos was being built up.
