Just rewatched Gaethje vs Johnson

I just re watched it a few days ago. One of my favourite fights, and also one of my favourite UFC debuts.

Out of Khabib, Conor, and Tony, I give Gaethje the best chances against Conor.

He's super durable and WEARS YOU OUT. Horrible matchup for Conor.

Conor would fuck him up so bad. It would be a massacre. Relying on durability isn't enough against Conor.

I had missed this one for some reason I can't recall, but I just watched it and holy shit....

....Gaethje with them leg kicks. Great war and 2 tough mother fuckers. I think Gaethje will struggle with good boxers, he likes to walk forward and eat left hands, but his leg kicks can be a neutralizer in any kind of fight. I think that was the difference, Johnson wouldn't have been able to stand after another round.

Watching Gaethje makes me super excited and sad at the same time. His fighting style is extremely badass and at the same time he's taking so much damage I can't but feel bad for him.
