Rickson's eyes are wonky. Fedor's eyes are almost entirely black. Rose looks like she had terrible plastic surgery, unless is Rose McGowan which would then make sense. The little faces are creepy. Whole piece looks like it was fingerpainted in charcoal.

Other than that, the realism is very realistic.
