Also submission

What was the fastest decision victory I wonder?
Paul Varelans over Joe Moreira, a 10 minute fight and a decision win for Varelans at UFC 8. Tied with Sam Adkins over Felix Mitchell at UFC 10. Alex Hunter beat Harry Moskowitz by decision in 12 minutes at UFC 15.

And that's not counting technical decisions, which happened three times.
Bisping beat Belcher by Technical Decision in 14 minutes 29 seconds at UFC 159
OSP beat Gian Villante in 10 minutes 33 seconds also at UFC 159
Daniel Omielanczuk beat Jarjis (Jaris) Danho in 11 minutes 31 seconds at UFC Fight Night 84.

Who was it that won by submission in 0 seconds via fear?

You forgot to note that herring IS not gay.

I'm not so sure about that. He seemed awfully defensive about it.

Could be in the denial stage. If you rewatch the Brock fight, fast forward to the end where Brock was riding him like a cowboy, from one of the camera angles showing Herring's face you could clearly see his eyes were rolled up and mouth slightly agape, like he was savoring the moment of having a larger man straddling his back.

He gay.
