you see thais jump on tires alot, I used to do it quite a bit years ago. I have not done it for a long time now. Now I just skip rope. I was thinking of jumping on tires again rather than skipping. what do you guys think is a better work out for the legs? or pretty much the same? I think skipping may work the cardio more. skpping and jumping on tires seems to be pretty much the same movement. I am wanting to build strenght in the calves and legs.
