He can't compete in the UFC so how is it a violation of his contract compete in Asia?

ffs he's losing 4 years of his career to a dope test?

it is a violation of AC ruling. he will never ever get sanctioned to fight in the US again. and probably will get fucked for going out of AC jurisdiction too.

If any promotion wants to draw revenue from the states they can't hire him.

USADA has ruined all the GOAT level fighters. Ban USADA and bring back the PED monsters like VitorTRT, Goat Jones and Spider Silva.

    Keep the ban of steroids.

Allow TRT. To a certain amount allowed, I'm sure they can come up with a safe amount according to each weight class.

TRT is legal. That way older fighters can prolong their careers.

    Problem solved, it's that easy.

Shlemenko went and fought in Russia despite his csac ban and will soon be fighting Moose at Connecticut Bellator event. Seems to have worked out well for him.

If he manages to get off with just a year suspension, he'd be smart to just wait it out. If he gets 2 or more years, and he can get out of his UFC contract, he should definitely go fight overseas. Theoretically, no US commission would sanction him again, and there would probably be heavy consequences for any promotion that uses him, but maybe not. A lot can change in 2 years. The landscape in the US could be totally different.

Bellator contracts often allow people to fight in other promotions, it's not the case with UFC contracts.

Shlemenko, Palhares among others have done it. Would be interesting to see Jones fight Pudz in KSW. There are probably a few more interesting matchups around.

Regardless, most figured there would've been some sort of harsh blowback for him for defying csac's ruling. Doesn't really seem to the the case so far.

Yes, the AC don't seem to really mind if you fight abroad. The problem is that Jones's contract most likely doesn't allow him to fight outside the UFC, and he can't secure any serious money fight that would get the UFC's approval like Conor did.
