Jones opens as a near 4 to 1 favorite in potential bout against Lesnar

Because he is a one trick pony and we've seen that one trick fail against high level wrestlers. And Jones is the greatest LHW of all time in his prime with no weaknesses that Brock can exploit.

Jon Jones got taken down by Gustafsson.

The Randy fight was 10 years ago when Brock was still green. He also controlled Randy more than you remember.

The only reason Randy was able to get up was because Brock was actually aggressive going for damage on the ground as opposed to control.

A takedown that a fighter immediately gets up from is meaningless. If anything it shows the fighter has amazing hips and can't be held down. Brock has absolutely nothing for him. By all means bet away if you're really that foolish.

Also lol at "still green." You mean in his prime and not 40 years old.

Bones is going to kick the fuck out of Brocks midsection. If Brock catches one of them and secured a takedown, he’s going to beat the fuck out of Jon. A hulked our Mir looked like a child underneath lesnar. Bones will get crushed if put on his back.

If this fight happens.

It's unlikely it will ever happen. Brock probably isn't coming back and we don't even know when Jones will be able to fight.

By “still green” he means it was Brocks, what 4th mma fight? Against Randy Couture in a title fight. Brock badly hurts Jon from guard and fucking murders him anywhere else on the ground.

He has 8 fights total, is he still green? Stupid to bring up. Was experienced Brock the one getting smashed by Carwin, Cain and Reem?

He's never going to get Jones on the ground, let alone keep him there. No one has. You guys are delusional.

Hulked out or not, Mir sucks against wrestlers and always has. That fight is meaningless when discussing Brock fighting guys with wrestling and/or great TDD.

A Dutch striker did but lesnar can’t?

Got it.

Mir’s ground game is light years beyond a guy that was arm snatched by an 80 year old MW.

You're a complete shertard if that's all you think Gus is. He'd wreck Jones as well.

You don't seem to realize how unimpressive controlling Mir is. Literally every wrestler he's faced has been able to do that.

But it also shows that he's vulnerable to being taken down by an explosive wrestler like Brock.

By "green" I mean, that he had been taking pro fights for like a year at that point. The Randy fight was in 08 i believe. I think his pro debut was either in 07 or 08.

Your physical prime isn't your fighting prime always. Brock is still 10x's the explosive athlete Jones is even though he's 40 or whatever. Jones would have to point fight Brock or Sub him. No way he's KOing that behemoth. I actually think Cormier matches up better with Bork than Jones does.

An old ass MW wrecked Bones arm and he’s supposed to be able to wizard his way from beneath Brock? Bravo.

Perhaps you realize how astounding it is to get taken down by Gus at that point in his career. Multiple times. There’s a reason Bones wants no part in HW division. That reason is that Jon is scared to death of people his size or bigger. Brock is too strong and too powerful. Bones’ HW fears personified.

Stick to watching fights instead of analyzing them, kid.

Fantastic rebuttal. Getting your elbow wrecked by a short notice MW is testament to Jon’s elite ground game. Lol well done.

Wrestlemania Lesnar VS Jones

Mma rules match

If so, don't see how Jon stops Lesnar from taking him down and breaking him. Wait what the fuck is this noise? Jon is facing years suspension ain't he? The hells been going on around here?

Money matters more than rules and justice.

Otherwise Jones would be in prison a while back

I guess I shouldn't be surprised. lesnars only path to victory is out wrestling one of the best wrestlers in the game.
