If there was one scintilla of truth to that statement, Jones would never have juiced in the first place. He knew himself, that he was not good enough without them. So, no, he was not the best fighter MMA has seen. An argument can be made for the dirtiest, but best is wholeheartedly out of the conversation, forever, period.
