He wasn't as under the microscope as Bones was, but I would've also liked to have seen an analysis of Weidman's numbers, cause they also were suspect af. That may be true but if you're not biased and you paint them all with the same brush like that, you'd have to agree MMA fans are garbage too. So, we got the kind of journalism we deserve.

Sherdog used to actually take the "no fighter bashing" rule seriously but nowadays it's all about whether mods like a fighter in question or not. If not, people can bash them as much as they like and the mods often even join in. Look at the recent Hunt bashing threads for example.
