He's been dominant because he's always has ridiculous size and strength advantages over his opponents (the first time he fought someone his own size - Gus - he almost lost) This was made possible by the UNEVEN playing field where others abided by the rules and he didn't. If he goes outside of the US where there's no testing, he might get rag-dolled by big wrestlers who are on the same things he's on. Goes to show the term GOAT is really subjective. If he leaves and dominates in a non-testing environment then he deserves consideration. Thoughts?
