Basically on parole. 15 months to serve, 30 months suspended as long as he keeps cooperating. He fucks up and he has to serve the remainder of the sentence.

He's not cleared. He has to serve 15 months and he gets 30 months suspended if he keeps cooperating (aka snitching). He's effectively on parole, if he screws up then the remaining 30 months can be reinstated.

Interesting. Hopefully he is held to whatever deal he has struck.

We'd better be seeing some prosecutions based on his evidence. He shouldn't get off unless someone goes to jail.
