It's not exactly an unknown rumor in MMA circles. But also, the dude is a legit journeyman fighter who can definitely cause some trouble for any fighter.

I thought it was a pretty well known fact?

Dakota did gay porn in order to support his family. I'm not gonna tell you how to look for them, but I'm almost certain his videos are out there.

If you've been around long enough it is. It's just one of those things. It's mentioned here and there, but nobody I know has every said "and here's the proof". It's just said enough in whispered addendums that I assume it's a fact. Quite frankly, I couldn't care less.
