The burden of proof is on the prosecution. The defendant is assumed innocent. The prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the accused committed the crime.
Not only is the "evidence" that you are providing not beyond a reasonable doubt, it is not even enough evidence to have a trial.
Yeah but isn't that like... your opinion? Many of us disagree. So what then?
