John Lineker benches 280lbs.

I have a buddy who is 5'7 160lbs and is moving 245 with only a year of training.

Not really a huge weight if you train for it but I suppose to an average person who doesnt train or does a bodybuilding routine that is above average

I believe it.

Dude has explosive power and is compactly built.

This. Plus, I've heard his typical walking weight is close to 170 so really not surprising at all.

John Lineker fights like a real man

mini-arlovski in that pic↑

maybe w a bit of Lamas thrown in

imagine a current-day Andrei-wearing-an-eyepatch vs Lineker-w-brass-knuckles in an mma fight

I'd actually buy that fight

Haha does anyone itt even lift bro ?

I've hit that weight at 155.
I know guys who have gotten 315 at 160.

Shit I once saw a dude hit 425 @ I75lbs. Dude did 10yrs in a penitentiary though.

Most people here have never done anything athletic in their time. I've seen 140lb dudes who are borderline 5'2 get sub 300 benches.

The way Lineker hits people and they literally fly already shows me that he can generate insane strength and power.

Jesus dudes on here figuring out ways he could possibly do this?

It's fucking doable without DRUGS assholes. Pipe down.

It's 280 and he walks around at 155-160.

A twice BW bench is more than impressive for someone who isn't a powerlifter at all...
He is a fighter people, most of his training is heavily aerobic..

Small people have much easier time lifting weights. Still impressive.

the fat untrained kids of sherdog strike again..
Anyone who can accomplish even the most basic of physical feats is on the juice

Maybe, with a super-wide grip, extreme back arch and bounce off the chest, but I won't believe it until I see the video.

I'm not a believer in putting 2.5lb tiny plates on the bar.

Non-manlets go up in increments of 5 lbs.

Thats silly as fuck, as someone who has been lifting for 10 years, you should not be ashamed to use little plates.

Progress is progress....

and as you go higher in weight those 2.5 Lb plates make a big difference.

135 lbs dude benching 280 lbs..Natty

I assume he is 155ish when not cutting weight. That's entirely possible when looking at him. As a senior in HS, I was hitting 265ish or so... at 155 soaking wet. Wrestling at 145 and lower
