Jiu Jitsu in movies

Jackie Chan hits a flying armbar on some dude in rush hour 3 and takes his gun away.

Also, Flying armbar in an episode of Stargate: Atlantis

Not what you were asking for, but since were on the topic of movies..."The Smashing Machine" documentary about Mark Kerr is really good and defiantly worth checking out.

I WIN.

Brazilian Brawl? Greatest movie of all time, a friend of mine bought it for me in the $1 DVD box at wal mart. I don't know how it missed out on an oscar.

Bobby Z has paul walker using jiu-jitsu in several scenes.

in Ghost in the shell : stand alone complex, Batou and the bad guy get into a melee, and batou gets his ankle broken with a straight ankle lock. I thought that was pretty cool

If I recall Bruce's Lee Enter the Dragon had a scene in the begining where he fights a guy and does an arm bar & the guy taps. I can't seem to find the clip of that. But that is one of the earliest films I recall using jiujitsu. In Bruces Lee's film Chinese Connection he fights a guy who does an armbar on him and Bruces only escape is to bite his leg.

Yeah Redbelt is the only movie i know thats only about Jiu Jitsu.
