Not close minded, im merely mocking the way the article is presented, as if the recount was uncovering a large Hillary conspiracy when Hillary team supported the recount.

If there was voter fraud or a computing error go ahead and find out, thats probably a good reason to standarize voting methodology at the federal level.

Column V is the change in # of votes for Trump
Column W is the change for Hillary

Simply need to sum Col. V and col. W

Other sources make it clear that the 28000 deficit is not from votes that were thrown out, but because absentee ballots in certain counties had not yet been included in the recount.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- A federal judge is set to consider halting Wisconsin's presidential recount.

Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton by more than 22,000 votes in the state. Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein requested the recount to determine if election machines were hacked.


Two pro-Trump groups, the Great America PAC and the Stop Hillary PAC, filed a federal lawsuit Dec. 1, the day the recount began, seeking to stop the process. Judge James Peterson has scheduled a hearing Friday in Madison.

Wisconsin's recount was more than 82 percent complete as of Wednesday. So far Clinton has gained 61 votes.

Stein wants recounts in Michigan and Pennsylvania, too. A federal judge in Michigan has halted that state's recount. A federal judge in Pennsylvania will hold a hearing Friday on whether that recount can begin.

You're not looking at the raw data. They are holding back an official statement of what is not "complete" but you can see the data for yourself. When you have two conflicting secondary sources, check the primary source. A federal judge will likely halt this WI recount before it is "complete" just as they did in Michigan. Cat is out of the bag though because the raw recount data was posted to the government website on a daily basis.

Your secondary source is only counting the completed districts. Go look at the running tally that with this ruling will never be completed.
