He aint ready for Rosado. Rosado gonna expose him at 160.
Both Charlo brothers are big super welterweights. I see Haymon matching him up with Quillin as a profile raising fight in Brooklyn at some stage. That may be too optimistic on my part, PBC have only just started matching up the best fighters.
Why drop the belt and move up without a firm money making fight already mapped out @ 160?
He could of still been champ while trying to angle for a big fight at 160. He can fall into the same nodoby to fight game at 160 as he did at 154.
This is really nice of him to not even hold the divison or belt in limbo for a second.
Oh and that article is filled with typos.
Certainly very interesting because the insider on here said that he wasnt ready for the top guys at 160 at all.
Hope he can prove that wrong. Ballsy move.
quillin is risky for a first 160 fight. Maybe later down the road.
He must really be having health issues cutting wieght
thats the ONLY reason he beat J-Rock. Cause he went into the ring at 198 on fight night.
Another road Oscar will be avoiding at all cost.
Great. Looking forward to him being crippled by Cinnamon or gg
As in Gabriel? Jermell beat Gabriel Rosado quite easily, so I don't know why the better Charlo would lose to a more shopworn version (who looked like he's getting closer and closer to being shot against the average Munroe Jr.).
Sarcasm, I think.
Jermall will be a great addition to 160. I love the twins, Jermall is the less technical boxer but the bigger puncher of the two, he's very skilled in his own ways and he can make some waves at 160. He's still pretty young too, both of the brothers have bright futures here. He's probably not ready for the very top guys in the division but there's still several very intriguing fights for him at mw, imo. Can't wait to see him fight again.
Jermall would make Quillin look silly
maybe, IDK though, if nothing else, Quillin is a big hitter and has some precision to his punching. If Jermall gets caught, it's lights out.
N'Dam is a pretty good boxer, and though he was (in my opinion), winning the rounds vs Quillin, he was also getting hit a lot. Quillin seems to have a way to find his punches.
Its a safe bet to say Quillins best days are behind him, he's declined greatly and IMO Jermall would be the much bigger guy but maybe not the biiger puncher, (remains to be seen at 160) I dont recall Jermall ever being in trouble, yes Quillin can punch but Jermall isnt that Australian guy Quillin almost killed either.
Should be a good fight if it happens
You sure 198? Because he made 154 the day before. I'm not expert but I don't think you can gain 44 pounds in one day
Bad idea. Dude is not ready
Yeah i have a hard time believing that.
It's medically impossible to do. That's about twice what is medically possible.
