yes I go in with a plan and it usually changes to my need in a fight

I can't say because most of my teammates are all injured and still training but we know our bodies and what we can handle

I believe it is a double edge sword you need a balance with power and lean building . But as for myself I'm not a big lifter I'm more into cardio

Not really , I don't my them adjusting the weight to CSAC , tho there is room for more woman's MMA weight classes
