He looks shreds. I read somewhere he said he took a lot of fights he shouldn’t have for the money and lost due to not being in shape or training properly. He seemed like he was getting his shit together until his last fight, hopefully he has a few more decent fights left in him. Always seemed like a laid back decent guy who doesn’t back down. His appearance on JRE is worth a watch he talks about the Pride days where winners and losers would get equal respect and opportunities if they came to brawl, not like today where rankings and protected win streaks seem to dominate.
