I've been using Kettlebell For Grapplers program for 6 weeks, my review

I'm a Physical therapist. I work with seniors post neurological trauma (like stroke) and in chronic pain, as well as kids with CP.

Ok, tell me how this relates as "broscience"' at all? I am not making ANY claims about nutrition or working out. Just saying if you are intimidated by barbells/dumbbells that is the pussiest thing i ever heard in relation to lifting weights.

Personally, I just think you don't have much to say so throw around shit like broscience in the wrong context.
