Is there any website that documents fighter, their fights and records as well as current rankings?
In a similar way to BoxRec's documentation of boxing or FightMatrix's documentation of MMA?
Looking through Wikipedia I find alot of records which are incomplete, have mistakes or are not available at all. This is mainly for Thais and old-school kickboxers, but it would still be nice to see these guys records.
I'm sure whats makes it difficult to produce a complete fight record for thais is the frequency with which they fight, aswell as many of fights being in small promotions. And i know early kickboxing in the US wasnt the best documented.
But still, its surprising no one has attempted this

Nope.

For the only 2 rankings that matter:

http://liverkick.com/liverkick-rankings/
Existed for longer and doesn't have a whole lot of subjectivity to it. A beats B, A gets ranked.

http://combatpress.com/category/rankings/kickboxing-rankings/
Newer, updated more often. Quite good in general, has a bit more opinion injected into it which could be problematic. Ran well so far though.

Someone build a site for events/results/fighters ty. I'll help you run it if you'd like. Offer open to anyone.

Roosmalen or Adamchuk forever doomed to stay out of liverkicks top 10 because they will never beat the likes of Kohei Nishikawa or Jarunchai Kesagym.

Love how Sibmean is in the top 10 but has never kickboxed before.

Robin always used to be ranked too high though.

Last time I checked, both were there

Combatpress's are not too bad, I disagree with a lot of the placements but they make sense. Liverkick's are just lol, the 'who beat who' system just doesn't work at all for kickboxing. I was saying this when Xuesong was in the top 10 now they have a guy with a losing record and a semi retired mt fighter in the fw top 10....

If roosmalen fought about every month and didn't get help by Glory judges he would lose alot more. I don't think he wins enough to be top 3 in any division. Petpanomrung should also be ranked higher. He already beat Roosmalen and Wei Rui but got robbed, so he should be ahead of both.

Sounding a bit like Broadcast here o_O

Well, except for the fact those were legit robberies.

I think Rui, RVR, Noiri and Jianliang are pretty close rankings wise. I'd say

Tier 1:

Pet, Kaew

Tier 2:

Rui, RVR, Noiri, Jianliang

Tier 3:

Bulaid, Yamazaki, Adamchuk, Kongnapa, Hiromoto, Varga, Salvador
