This move helped get Kevin Lee the win over arguably the greatest ground specialist in the UFC LW division but he's also the only who has ever done it inside the octagon. So far this move has a 100% win ratio when performed correctly

This begs the question, should more MMA fighters implement the DDT?

WTF is a DDT?

Is that wrasslin?

Quick, someone tell CM Punk.

Unfortunately, Yoshihiro Takayama was recently paralyzed from this move. I believe it was in a pro wrestling match. Perhaps it is more dangerous in pro wrestling when trying to sell the move.

Something similar happens almost every day where I train. Someone shoots a double, the other guy tries to lock up a guillotine real fast but realizes he is getting taken down so he uses the momentum of the person shooting to roll backwards and try to flip the guy on his back and land on top with a mounted guillotine. Not sure what you call that technique but I see it all the time in grappling and MMA and for a brief moment you could possibly DDT your opponent
