I use to think he was, but reality he's just a good iso 3 point shooter in the regular season.

Finals time, he seems to miss a lot more, but I'd still consider him one of the best 3 point shooters
 
he's not on the same level on defense and half court offense in the playoffs as the all-time pg's he's compared to. elite in transition, best shooter ever, unstoppable when not under pressure.
 
He's not a top 15 PG all time ROFL.

You have to be able to actually run an offense to be a point guard LOL.
