Is Saint a common middle name in Canadian?

Name in Canadian? You come off as clueless and grammar challenged.

didnt know Paris saint germain is canadian

It's as common a middle name as Mc in Ireland
Mc is not a middle name. In Irish all men have "Mac" (pronounced mock) before their second name, it means son of. McGregor was presumably Mac Gregor once as Gregor was the founder of the clan. The only truly common name with Mc here is McCarthy.

Both Mc and Mac refer to son of in Celtic omomastics when anglicized.. unless the first letter of the family name began with a vowel and then it would become Mag.
