My dad is single and has a 4 bedroom house. I live here with my kids. It's paid off, and is minenqhen he dies. I still want to move out again soon. I have been living here for like 5 years now, and it's bad. My new Arabic gf seems to think it's normal, but I really don't. It's not healthy imo. It's demotivating.. But the kids get used to the place and yada yada.

This is normal in the Middle East. Entire families live in one house or even an apartment. I have some Middle Eastern friends who have purchased houses and their entire families live with them. Not just the ones that live here, they sponsor additional relatives from overseas.

If he's happy, who are you to judge him? Personally doesn't sound like someone I'd like to be around though
