It's either Megumi, Joanna, Cyborg, or Ronda. I don't see a reasonable argument for any other WMMA fighter. At this point, I don't think anyone necessarily has a claim to the throne, simply because WMMA hasn't been fully formed for a long enough period of time.
I tend to think of Mega Megu as a pioneer, as opposed to GOAT. She's the female equivalent to Royce Gracie. She was great for her time, but the quality of opposition was very low.
Ronda had an amazing run of success, but she loses major points because of the way her psyche was broken by a single loss; and the fact that the sport essentially passed her by in the middle of her prime.
Cyborg is a tornado of violence, but he quality of opposition has been very low, and she only fights women much smaller than her. And the whole PED hangs over her career, as well.
As for Joanna, a lot depends on how she bounces back from her first defeat. If she comes back to form and puts together a few more quality wins, then she'll undeniably be the GOAT.
