Is Kissing/Licking Legal in UFC?!

Not sure if this has been covered lately, with all the #Metoo stuff going on everything, but are there rules on intimidation of kissing or licking? Is taunting an infraction in the new rule book?

Makwan Amirkhani threatened with the technique in his win over Jason Knight today, and it’s certainly been employed before both inside at weigh ins and during in cage staredowns.

I think we all deserve answers, especially to controversial issues like this one. Now that it’s happening during fights, if there’s no rule...should there be one added?
