Fedor hasn't been subjected to advanced, random testing. Its virtually the same to not being tested at all.

Someone who doesn't get KOd by a MW. Cormier showed what should happen a MW fights LHW/HW.

Jones is the GOAT imo. Clean Jones still beats Gus and Cormier. Serra got lucky and GSP proved that in a rematch. I don't think Henderson got lucky and would likely KO Fedor probably 6 times out of 10.

We know Jon Jones is a cheater, because he was randomly tested and caught.

He puts forth the idea that Fedor is now the remaining GOAT 'not to fail a test.'

You cannot fail a test you haven't taken. Many of Fedor's peers HAVE been taking advanced random tests.
