Very few, the vast majority of track and field athletes hit their peak in their mid or even early 20s, especially runners. Some of the other athletes like the throwers peak a little later but even they usually will peak in their 20sIf you are talking about your physical prime and not just MMA prime as in skill and experience, plenty of track and field athletes have set world records and personal bests in their 30’s.
His lifestyle and beatings have taken their toll
Hard to believe this is Conor just a couple years ago... he looked like a kid!
Adonis glutes are evidence that Conor is bordering on physical human perfection.
Trash talk performances aside, one thing that really struck me when watching last night's presser was how aged Conor looked. This wasn't drained, on-the-scales Conor. And no, it isn't the beard or the hairline. I'm talking about his face and eyes in particular, which are sagging, and tired-looking.
He's just 30, but sitting next to Khabib, who is the same age, he looked decidedly worn out and faded. Obvious explanation: One does coke(?), drinks and is known for partying hard with his buddies, the other doesn't even drink alcohol. That shit catches up to you.
He's starting to get loose. You can see it all over. To much estrogen. No balls. Please post more pictures of Conner's body.... Please
Same amount as me and I've been here since '06.....Meh... Blow might stop the heart but only for a short time because the heart will restart

It ages women, not men. Having a kid made me feel great.Having a child tends to make people age
I don't think the guys in his gym push him either.I would say no. Its hard to stay disciplined under normal circumstances, but give a young guy millions of dollars and there is just no chance. He may say hes "in the gym" and all that, but there is just no way he pushes himself to his limits the way he used to. And that doesn't even credit the insane amount of cocaine, alcohol, and whatever else he has been doing for the last 2 years, it has to take its toll.
That's a good point. I saw an interview with BJ Penn where his teammates admitted they wouldn't question his training or critize anything because he was a legend and former champ, he must know better, and that lead to him not fixing mistakes or evolving his game. It's true, you really can't get better if everyone just tell you you're the best.I don't think the guys in his gym push him either.
Seems like he just has a bunch of yes men around him.
His hairline, facial skin and muscle composition have changed.
