Well, it was a tough night for we Aldana fans on the 17th. She had her moments, but not enough of them. That said, a lot for her to learn and grow from watching that fight.
1. Use more than just your hands. You work kicks in practice, use them in the fight.
2. Learn to fight off the back foot. Don't wait until your back is against the fence.
3. Learn more angles, don't just circle to the side.
4. Bring in a sparring partner who will pressure her.

One loss in her UFC debut won't hurt her in the long run. She's already hungry for more:
