Under review Infinite scrolling?

Is there any way to make infinite scrolling on a page? So that you don't have to manually refresh pages and move between them.

We are looking to re-implement Live Threads on this new Xenforo system, which will allow for posters to scroll through threads without needing to manually refresh or click through pages. It's a plug-in that we're going to get soon, we just want to make sure we have the right one that is still supported.
