How did you compute he is the "least transparent" ever?

Neither Obama nor Bush nor Clinton banned cameras from press briefings like Trump WH has. There is no excuse for this action from Trump WH. This is an argument about whether Obama admin was transparent because all Administrations have done something or not done something that be perceived as hindering transparency.
