Barboza has looked vulnerable when boxers can get in his face, could see this going either way.
 
Barboza has shown poor boxing defense time and time again. Of course Nate cant defend low kicks. Interesting match up. I think Nate wears him down and breaks him like Tony did

Besides the obvious Diaz kryptonite, which is let kicks, I can see Barboza timing a devastating HK on slow prodding Nate.

Nate won't be able to walk for weeks after the fight. That lead leg will be ripe for the picking.

When McGregor lost to Nate, I knew McGregor wasn't the real deal. If he was, he would have watched Henderson vs Diaz, and executed a similar game plan.

I think Barbosa is smart enough to wreck that heavy lead leg, and if Nate tries to adjust, it is going to mess up his entire way of fighting.
 
People picking Nate is just hilarious. I see Barboza doesn´t get enough credit here. He improved a lot and his last loss was against Ferguson when he took the fight on short notice. And this "Barboza´s boxing is terrible" doesn´t make any sense at all, I´d like to see some videos or gifs of this so called "terrible boxing". Just because he´s a specialist in kicks doesn´t mean he can´t boxe. He´s a MT champ that does it all on the feet. And please, spare of the MMAth saying that Diaz beat Johnson that beat Barboza. Johnson was winning and decided to get into a sloppy exchange with Nate. Barboza doesn´t do that and Nate can´t do the Johnson / Ferguson type of pressure, he just walks forward like a zombie, he´d be a target practice for Barboza's kicks.
 
Nate cant beat a top 5 except Geathje. Geathje can beat everyone except Tony and Barboza. Barboza can beat everyone buy Tony and Khabib. Khabib can beat everyone but Geathje. Styes make fghts and Barboza is a horrible style match-up for Nate second only to Khabib.
 
Problem is we can speculate on threads about Nate Diaz vs. x. The sad part is he ain't fighting anyone unless it's Conor Mcgregor on the contract. So what's the point of it all really.

I'm not endorsing MMAth, but Johnson handled Barboza and Nate handled Johnson. Aside from spamming leg kicks, Barboza might have trouble with Nate.

Cerrone was on a 6 fight unbeaten streak and was a big fav going into his fight with Nate too and Nate wrecked the kickboxer standing. I'm just saying, everyone counts out the Diaz Bros against supposedly badder dudes, until Nick or Nate fuck those dudes up with that 209 slap.
