Being an average sherdogger and a engineer I've experienced pretty much the reverse of this. Clients in meetings not asking questions of me because they assume my scrawny google-eyed chinese collegue must have the smarts. Sometimes I wear glasses so its more acceptible that you can be handsame AND smart. Only half-joking
