Romero got tested out of competition, they found a banned substance, he gave the supplements he was using to USADA who then tested samples off the shelf at stores in the area and CONFIRMED it was a tainted batch. Letrozole does not crush estrogen levels, it CANNOT remove estrogen in the body but block production - so im not sure where you are getting 'crushed' from - certainly it could be used to MASK usage however it is more likely the amount found in the 'dick' pills which USADA confirmed did exist was the culprit. Also, it proves absolutely nothing. Clomid is also an EXTREMELY common ingredient in sexual enhancement pills. Again its far more likely that Jon, the party animal needed some help to get his dick hard to fuck the mountain of whores he encounters in the various bars and crack dens he frequents.

used in post cycle therapy, the cycle gives you the athletic benefit, the pct stops your body getting all fucked up from the cycle, effectively. To a degree they also boost testosterone levels by blocking the conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

The compounds he popped for are not banned because they necessarily provide athletic enhancement, but because they are used in conjunction with performance enhancing drugs, specifically during and post steroid cycles (in males). Unless Jones has breast cancer or is infertile.

And Tadalafil is NOT banned under USADA.

As a matter of fact USADA disagrees with you. He got one year which was the maximum for the substances he popped for. Moreover, during arbitration they specifically stated (through their lawyer) that they didn't believe Jones took the pills he gave them (for instance they contained a third banned substance that wasn't in his system) nor that his story was true, but rather contrived.

Yoel DID test positive. That's not in discussion, it's a fact. He got a reduced punishment because USADA recognized extenuating circumstances and lack of intention.

Letrozole can easily CRUSH your estrogen levels even with relatively small doses. It's one of the most potent molecules for this purpose and it is used to that very end in breast cancer patients. It doesn't need to directly remove estrogen to crush it. Estrogen will decline with metabolism. You are mixing up mode of action with end result. Its MODE OF ACTION is to block reversibly the aromatase enzyme and as an END RESULT it lowers your estrogen.

I'm not sure how letrozole could be used as a masking agent either, since it is a banned and testable substance itself.

I did some research after seeing that claim and I couldn't find anything that directly contains clomid. My PhD in Bro-Science (and pretty much every person I've known) said that Clomid actually made it a little harder to get an erection (or less hard?). The only correlation between Clomid and boners I found is that Clomid is sometimes prescribed to help raise test levels during hormone therapy as a last ditch effort before using injections, and they also prescribe Cialis or Viagra to help with libido, but I couldn't find a single thing that stated Clomid would help with an erection and definitely not Letro.

Exactly, with all the legal tricks Jon's lawyers could have easily bought time and hired people to find a supplement that contains stuff he popped for(even to find the right batch), then presented it to USADA as something he used. From what I understand, it was a late addition to the list of stuff he had taken, right? It wasn't on the initial list, so this makes it even more sketchy.

As far as Yoel goes, there are certainly some guys that can attain that kind of physique at his age, but more on a bodybuilding training regimen/diet. People are so stupid and can't understand how much cardiovascular training is needed for any combat sport. It's extremely difficult to retain that kind of muscle mass while grappling, kickboxing, boxing, running, skipping rope etc.

He presented evidence that a generic sex pill contained estrogen blockers, but there's no proof that Jones took the sex pill and not estrogen blockers in some other format to conceal the fact that he used a performance enhancer. He's a 28 year old healthy (relatively) guy. Do you think he took a generic sex pill 2 weeks before the biggest fight of his life? He wasn't cleared of anything. He got suspended due to taking a tainted substance, officially, but everyone knows better.
