If Disney/Fox deal is completed, what will that mean for Fight Nights?

I was reading somewhere the 18-34 M demographic is significantly better at ESPN than Fox sports.

I watched ESPN for the first time in over a decade just a few weeks ago when they had a steelers game on. Had it been on a local channel i would have never even turned to ESPN.
