I'm a firm believer in what Ido has added to Conor's arsenal. No fighter has even close to the same understanding of movement and all of its intricacies.

This brings me to my question shertards. Is Ido the GOAT movement coach?

Any OLYMPIC gymnast would be a better coach than this charlatan. Ido is VERY good at yoga, is flexible, and lifts weights. Movement culture has been around ---it's called gymnastics.

Ido Portal is teaching him intricacies of details of maneuvers that Conor still doesn't even know the names of.

Usually, coaches illustrate their success across multiple individuals/teams.

Isn't he the only movement coach in MMA, and therefore the best by default?

Are there other movement coaches? If not I guess he would be the GOAT by default.

  19. Condit uses one. There are a few others
Yes because gymnastics know so much about martial arts and striking. Ido has been doing capoeira for over a decade.
