I was looking at the rules and something you can't do in any division is "Crossing outside foot inwards across opponent

it's the 50/50 with the leg crossing in. THe normal 50/50 with the foot crossing out is ok. Has nothing to do with the x guard

It's only to clear up any confusion about reaping the knee, regardless of 50/50, Single Leg X-Guard, etc..

Well, it has something to do with the one-legged X-guard, but as long as the foot stays on the hip and doesn't travel inward towards the bellybutton, you're good.

Question if you do single leg x would you get DQ'd for underhooking the leg your single leg xing instead of overhooking?? Sometimes I underhook as I transition to full x. Anyone know if that can lead to DQ?

No. And the underhook DLR won't get you DQ-ed either, unless you ALSO have a grip that makes the opponent unable to turn away (e.g. the far sleeve), or, I believe, if you are connecting your hands to torque the knee with both arms.
