Couldn't be an easier fight for him.
Kelly is well over the hill himself and shouldn't have presented any danger to Shad. Kelly has lost 3 in a row since beating him and two of those were first round KO losses.
Rashad is no longer a UFC caliber fighter and just wants to go out on a win, sometimes its just not in the cards.

Rashad fights with no purpose or passion or urgency in the octagon, has no offensive bjj and no sting in his punches, he should have retired years ago.
